A real person reads every message. Tell us what's wrong — or what's working — and we'll write back, usually within a few days.

What to include
If something isn't working, these three things help us help you fast: your device model (e.g. iPhone 15), your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots are welcome.
Manage or cancel your membership
Memberships are billed by Apple (or Google Play), so they're managed in your store account — not in the app:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LUCID, or go straight to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. To avoid being charged when a trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it's over. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore a purchase
Reinstalled the app, or moved to a new phone? Open LUCID's Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (or Google account) you bought with.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them. For Apple purchases, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — it usually takes a day or two. If you get stuck, email us and we'll point you the right way.
Delete my data
LUCID has no personal accounts, and everything you've entered lives only on your device. To erase those entries, use “Restart my plan” in the app's Settings, or simply delete the app. Either way those entries are gone permanently; there is no backup copy. Anonymous purchase records used to restore membership are handled separately as described in our Privacy Policy.
If it's heavier than a habit
LUCID is a self-help tool, not medical care. If you're struggling, a doctor is a better ally than any app — and if you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1‑800‑662‑4357, free and confidential, 24/7.
